Even if you use more then one OS you can still vote for the one that "you" think is best. I happen to use many OSes in a given day.

I use XP and OSX. While Safari and other apps do crash in OSX (yes they do, I will admit that), it's not a totally horrible experience like XP, where everything is slow and annoying. All the little things it does, like not open my start menu, then open it when I've given up, and it makes me end up clicking on something from it I didn't want, which will take 5 minutes to open and shut down.
