Quanta building second revision of iPhone?

Foxconn (Hon Hai) was originally the manufacturer, but now it seems Quanta Computer is also going to build the iPhone. Quanta is said to be joining development, delivering 5 million phones with a slightly different design for other markets. The production will begin in September.

Quanta Computer also manufacturers the iPod for Apple. The phone being produced by Quanta may be the second revision of the phone, possible a phone using 3G technology to compliment the GSM version of the iPhone.
