customizable home screen?

on a vid from youtube i saw, there was a cbs reporter interviewing an apple exec and when the apple exec demoed his home screen appeared diff than ours... There were even what appeared to be different apps... Any idea when this will ne available to we humble consumers and npt just the execs?i wpuld copy/paste but I'm currently using the device so that function also isnt avail. Yet.. The tags that will get you there are " iPhone CBS" the screen appears at 1:55

There is no different apps, it just looks that way becase YouTube was not revealed at that point. And the fish wallpaper got changed later on, I'm sure you could find it somwhere on the net if you really want it.
