That is good information to hear and keep for future reference, I would imagine that they do this on purpose with AT&T so that you really have no choice but to upgrade to another iPhone if you do not like the phone. I really hate that when companies do things like this. |

I am beginning to see that apple is doing that with all iPhone accessories. The only iPod accessory that works with the iPhone is the charger. And apple has not come out with many extras to buy so I kinda have no choice but to wait

My iphone had water spilled on it and now flashes" No Sim Card Installed" and won't allow me to slide the unlock screen. Any suggestions?

Leave it alone for 48-72 hours to let it dry, or perhaps in a direct-sunlight windowsill. FYI, inside the headphone jack is a water indicator that shows water damage (since water damage is not covered by the warranty). -a |

It seems to be dry, phone is functioning but I am unable to unlock sliding my finger across the bottom or top ribbon. |

Bummer, and it sounds like Apple have cleverly fitted that little device so you won't get it fixed. Try a hair drier in the headphone jack or something, desperate times call for desperate measures and all that. Good luck. |
