Hi ZDCE, Dont worry everybody here will answer you only in English.
Ok, me to have 1.1.1 but as of now I am not thinking of upgrading. However I am giving you an excellent webpage which will tell you very clearly(with pictorial representation) how to upgrade your 1.1.1 to 1.1.3.

Please click on the below url.

iClarified - iPhone - How to Unlock a 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 Upgraded iPhone Using Windows

Please read the instructions clearly and get back to me if you have any issues.

Good!

Answers to your question!
1. There is a small button at the left side of your iPhone(next to the volume button), on the button if you see red mark, wich means that it is in silent mode. You have move that to upside so that you wont see the redmark and now you can hear the ring.

2. the volume in Settings --> Sounds may came all the way to the left side( wich means silence), so increase the volume so that you can hear the ring.

Hi Zdce,
I understood the issue, but I am not sure wat to do!, it is usual we get some problems when we try to upgrade.

I am really not sure about the solution, but a guess that you can downgrade your iphone to 1.1.1 and try once again to upgrade let us see, how it is gonna respond?
