I believe not. Apple has a tendency to make their product not usable by other systems. However because of the USB accessibility some company can start up with some good product..

Yeah, the programs it syncs with are in some cases only for Mac, so it's impossible.

Not necessarily, they go to work to make great products, and then think up ways for them to have maximum public impact. If buying the iPhone increases the chances of a Mac selling, all the better. If the Mac looks like this, who wouldn't want it.

Top stuff Alex, you know, the number of switchers I meet now compared to 5 years ago is truly amazing. The iPod really has saved Apple, by bringing the name to the forefront again.

MacBook's are just great, I'm sure it will serve you well if you get it.
