Cool iPhone can't support Adobe Flash!!

I heard about this on the net that iPhone cannot support Abode Flash.

Is this true please let me know if you know anything about this.

My friend said it is true and that although it can't support Abode Flash it can play 'Youtube' videos, which is a little consoling, but does anyone know anymore about this topic.:D

Thank You!!!

I believe that Steve Jobs confirmed that it can play YouTube videos. However, I have heard conflicting information about whether or not it supports Flash. Some people say it does; some say it doesn't. It doesn't support Java, but maybe it supports Flash.

If it does not support flash then there will be large issue with all the websites that use flash. Hopefully it does support flash.

Oh no! Without Flash, it is going to be very hard to surf the web. Many websites use Flash. I think MySpace uses Flash. I wonder why Apple would do that. Why not make the iPhone able to use Flash. Even if they did not want to preprogram it with Flash, they could at least make it so it could be added on by users.

Missing features: The iPhone is missing some features common on some competitors. There's no instant messaging, only standard text messaging. While its two-megapixel camera took excellent pictures in our tests, it can't record video. Its otherwise excellent Web browser can't fully utilize some Web sites, because it doesn't yet support Adobe's Flash technology. Although the phone contains a complete iPod, you can't use your songs as ringtones. There aren't any games, nor is there any way to directly access Apple's iTunes Music Store.

I am fairly sure that there would end up being mods for the iPhone that can help it support things such as this, but whether or not Apple will allow it (keep the warranty etc.) would be another issue.

Either way, the fact it doesn't support something so popular is interesting.

I don't know why apple calls it a full web browser if it does not support flash, which is most common in streaming videos. And the camera too can't record videos. that's so dumb.
