my iphone has "apptappinstaller" on it, this is just a general question about the SAFETY of installing 3rd party apps to the iphone

is it safe, has anyones iphone become faulty or damaged due to third party apps???

anything at all???

very concerend please share

apple dont want you to install 3rd parties software because it will cut the income of sales via itunes.
