Help needed in uprading

Hi,

I am new here and really would appreciate some help. I have an early iphone with 1.0.2. It has been unlocked using the simfree method. I am currently enjoying the features of the phone with T mobile.

I would like to upgrade the software to get some of the new features, but don't want to mess up and lock the phone. I have searched all over, but can't find any info.

Please help, I use independence and have the app tap installer on the phone.

There are tons of tutorials are there to update your iphone.

Example: iClarified - Search Results

Use the search option to get your required information.
