Unhappy iPhone Bootloader downgrade

Hello everybody!
I've an iPhone
Info :
+ Bootloader - 4.6
+ Firware - 04.02.13_G
+ Version - 1.1.2

I upgraded it using iTunes
then now my iPhone is
+ Bootloader - 4.9
+ Firware - 04.03.13_G
+ Version - 1.1.3

After Upgrading my iPhone it says "Connect to iTunes" and when I do so, it says "invalid SIM" and the Apple Software Engineer says that my iPhone is SIM locked and it needs to be unlocked using some software but he says that " As the Bootloader version is 4.9 it is impossible to unlock it " "And " We need to downgrade the Bootloader to 4.6 which was before, to unlock the iPhone " can anyone tell me how to downgrade the iPhone PLEASE

Thanks iphone.ahimsa, We are not aware of the solution, but it is good to know these kind of issues.
If we come to know the solution we will let you know.

Thanks!
