Unlocked iphone with iplus, phone was actually 1.1.3

I bought a refurbed phone off att.com.
When I connected it to my pc, it kept asking me to activate so I presumed it was 1.1.4 firmware.

I unlocked and jailbroke it with iplus successfully. It was then that I noticed that it was 1.1.3! The phone seems to be working ok. Is there a way though to safely upgrade it to 1.1.4?

Thanks!
