| Unable To P/U Messages s/ BluTooth...
Whenever I have my blutooth headset on, I cannot retrieve my voice messages. Is this the norm?

Do you mean can't hear them in the headset, or you can't even retrieve them period?

Yes, I can pick them up. I can hear them thru the iphone, but I can't hear them thru the blutooth. I was told thru CS that I need to get a 2.0 headset. Is that right?

Seemingly; according to the iPhone website, yes it's 2.0. Has your headset worked for calls but not voicemail?

Yes. It works for calls, but not for voicmail. Guess I'll have to break down and get a new headset. Too bad...I liked my Plantronics headset.
