Big problem with my internet connection - Page 2

No, that's the problem I didn't updated it to the new version .It is still at the old one. So that's why I don't know if it's locked again or not.If I knew for sure that it's locked again I will unlocked it but since i didn't do anything to the phone it shouldn't be locked again. But who knows. How can i check?

i dont think it is locked due to the fact that you are able to make calls, messaging, and everything else besides surfing on wifi. I'm all out suggestions. Good Luck. If anything, see if you could get to an Apple store.
