Hello and trouble already

Hello everybody..
I'm new here.Hope you guys can teach me a thing or two.My work brings me around the world.Got an iphone.Working fine but itchy fingers accidentally DELETED all the icons.Please help.........

if you can get it unlocked again locally then i would definitely restore it to factory settings in itunes. good luck!!
